Cancellation and Check-In Policies

To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email and include your reservation dates and booking number.

Payments are refunded to the original cardholder via credit card minus 5%.

If you have booked through an OTA (Online Travel Agent, e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, or any of their affiliates), please contact them directly.

High Season

May 15 - September 30

And Winter Ski Season: Dec 15 - Apr 5

Two or more night stays: No refunds if cancelled 30 days before your reservation date; otherwise, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

One-night stay: No refunds if cancelled 14 days before your reservation date; otherwise, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

Low Season

October 1 - May 14 (excludes Winter Ski Season noted above)

Two or more night stays: You will be charged for one day if cancelled 7 days before your reservation date; otherwise, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

One-night stay: No refund if cancelled 2 days or less before your reservation date; otherwise, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

Check In

Please advise us as to your approximate time of arrival. Normal check-in times are between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Deviations accepted with prior notice. Charges may apply for late check-ins. Phone No. +1 2506932489.
